Nostavia Health provides health intelligence infrastructure. We empower clinics, diagnostic labs, and digital health platforms with tools for biomarker decoding, food bio-impact analysis, wearable integrations, and AI health concierge services.
The information, insights, and analysis provided by Nostavia Health are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users and integration partners should always advise end-users to consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any health or medical decisions.
As a partner or developer using our infrastructure, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (API keys, passwords). You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Nostavia Health, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of data as outlined in that policy. B2B partners are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from their end-users before transmitting data to Nostavia.
All content, technology, algorithms, models, and software provided by Nostavia Health are the exclusive property of Nostavia Health and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SDKs and APIs in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nostavia Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, India.
