Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation via PhonePe.

  • Users receive email and in-app confirmation with order details and estimated delivery date.

  • Non-standard items (e.g., custom supplement blends) may take 3-5 business days to process.

2. Shipping Methods and Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within India, free for orders above ₹2,000 (~$24); ₹150 (~$2) otherwise.

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days, ₹300 (~$4) flat rate.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries (e.g., USA, UAE), 10-15 business days, costs vary by location (quoted at checkout).

  • Delivery times exclude holidays and force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).

3. Shipping Partners

  • Partnered with trusted logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart) for reliable delivery.

  • Tracking available via in-app order dashboard and email/SMS updates using logistics APIs.

4. Delivery Process

  • Products are shipped from partnered supplier warehouses (e.g., supplement manufacturers, skincare vendors).

  • Users must provide accurate delivery address at checkout; updates allowed within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect address, non-responsive recipient) may incur ₹100 (~$1.20) re-delivery fee.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged or defective items: Free replacement or refund (per Cancellation and Refund Policy), with Nostavia covering return shipping if reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Lost shipments: Full refund or reshipment if not delivered within 15 days of estimated delivery date, after verification with logistics partner.

  • Report issues via app’s order history or support@nostaviahealth.com.

6. Restrictions

  • Certain products (e.g., temperature-sensitive supplements) may have geographic restrictions due to storage requirements.

  • Compliance with India’s Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, for supplement shipping; customs duties for international orders borne by the user.

7. Transparency and Support

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout and in order confirmation.

  • Real-time support via in-app chat (Sockets.io) or nostaviahealth@gmail.com / +919598320559.

  • Policy accessible in app settings, at checkout, and on nostaviahealth.com, in English and Hindi.

Implementation:

  • App Integration: React Native for in-app order tracking and shipping UI, NodeJS for order processing APIs, MongoDB Atlas for order and tracking data, PhonePe SDK for payment verification, third-party logistics API (e.g., Shiprocket) for tracking.

  • Compliance: Adheres to India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and e-commerce regulations, with GDPR-compliant data handling for user addresses.

  • Automation: Automated tracking updates via logistics APIs and email/SMS notifications via SendGrid.
